How we do things
One price, written out in full
Most clubs sell three tiers, the cheapest of which includes almost nothing. We chose the opposite: one membership, CHF 39.– per month, and everything in the club is part of it.
That price assumes a twelve-month commitment. It is the only trade-off, and it is stated before you sign, not in a footnote.
Opening hours
Open when you are free
24/7 in Fribourg and from 06:00 to 23:00 in Neuchâtel. Shift workers, those who train before the office, those who only have Sundays: everyone finds their slot.
The trade-off is a reception open only a few hours a week. The money goes into the machines and the opening hours, not into a permanently staffed desk.
